hello I'm having problems with the boot of dialux using an rx580 gigabyte, does anyone know of any incompatibility problem? try with version 7.1 and it does not boot either, send the same error or some solution? if I remove the gpu the program works without problems the drivers of the rx are the last of the manufacturer

Hello Ramdeita,

Do you receive any error message that you could send us as a screenshot? When does it crash in evo? It would be very helpful for further analysis if you could send us some more details about the problem.

Besides this we would like to recommend you to update the graphics adapter driver from the manufacturer's website of your graphics card and not by the help of Windows. Maybe it is an Intel driver problem.

Please have a look at the following threads from our DIALux board:

Afterwards please try to download and install our newest evo version by using the following download link which leads you directly to the DIALux setup.

DIALux evo 8.0 patch 3:

We would like to recommend you to deactivate all your security software (virus scanner) once on your computer system and after this please check if you can run the installation of DIALux evo8.0 without any problems.

If you have a bad feeling to disable the security software, you can deactivate your WLAN connection and remove the network cable from your computer.

If the problem persists, please install our previous version evo 8.0 patch 2 with the following setup on your computer.

Best regards,
