Working in Offline Mode

Hi Everyone,
Apologies if this has been posted thousands of times before, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

For some reason my Dialux is working in Offline mode, meaning I can't access catalogues, any of the help features etc, But I can't seem to find anywhere to change this setting. The internet is working fine as plenty of other software I use is working online without any issues.

Anyone able to help?

Hi JNMartin,

Usually the offline mode is activated if evo cannot reach our server. Of course, evo may not be allowed to access the Internet or www.dial.de, or only via any proxies with upstream pages, etc.

We suspect that the problem may be with your firewall/proxy. Of course, we do not know what you are using and how it is configured. But you could check if ports 80 and 443 are open for evo.
