Showing false color result on ground view

Post by Aota » Thu Nov 29, 2018 5:38 am

Hi

I've searched but couldn't figure out how to show the false color rendering result on the ground view.
There was a captured screen image on a thread from 2016 (link below), so I'm pretty sure it is possible.
https://dxboard.dialux.com/viewtopic.ph ... UTS#p99347

How do I show it?

Thanks in advance!

Dear Aota,

In the calculation objects tool you will find a control called "Results on surface" (hand icon) with which you can select a desired surface, e.g. the floor. Then all you have to do is click on the icon with the false colours and you will directly get the false colours in the ground plan view.

Hello,

I have the same problem than Aota.

I did what do you explain Csuleiman, but nothing happening when I clik on the icon with the false color. (see to attachments)
There is still an icon mentioned "not calculated".

Do you know why?

Thanks,
Best regards

Hi JeremyMar,

You seem to have done the "Fast" calculation. For the message to disappear in the results overview, you would have to select the calculation method "Standard" and calculate the complete project. Please see screenshot below. If it is still not possible to set the false colors afterwards, you are welcome to send us the evo project for analysis.
It would be of help if you could send us the link to this topic, so that we could better assign this issue.
Our email address is 'Support@dial.de'.

Hi JeremyMar,

Thank you very much for sending us your project file.
The cause of the problem is that you have not inserted any luminaire groups in light scene 1. As a result, no luminaires can be calculated. We have now added a new luminaire group and light scene to your project, which now contains all the luminaires inserted in the room. After the calculation the display of the false colours works without problems. We will send you the edited project in a few minutes via WeTransfer.

Best regards,
